Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Albatross Marine Inc. ("Albatross Marine", "we") handles personal information collected through www.albatrossmarine.ca. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
It covers this website only. Information you or your company store in Oceanaut, Oceanaut Dry Dock or NaviOrca is handled under the agreement for that product.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, company, email, phone number and message when you book a demo, email us or call.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Your theme choice. The Light, Dark or Night setting is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the demo or conversation you asked for
- To tell you about our products, if you have agreed to hear from us; you can opt out at any time
- To run, secure and improve the website
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the website and our communications: Cloudflare for hosting and GoHighLevel for demo booking and contact management. They process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company, and delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email us at info@albatrossmarine.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
